Parturient montes, nascetur ridiculus mus
Mountains will be in labour and an absurd mouse will be born
(all that work and nothing to show for it)
On this web site, you will find some wonderful and boring pictures of the South West. These pictures were taken while I searched for treasure, Spanish gold and silver as well as raw minerals. Some are symbols of the southwest others are just breath taking...yet again others maybe less than boring. I hope you enjoy and I shall be posting many more soon. Your feedback is always welcomed. Always remember, "It's not the victory, but the chase, not the winner, but the race." I truly have found my treasure enjoy!
Fourhundered and fifty pictures were originally pposted to my web site on MSN group Whitedog Treasure Hunting. This site is for those interested in Treasure Hunting. Here we can share ideas, stories and helpful hints. Originally I used a Kodak DC280 3X Zoom, it was a good little camera but was limited to 1.5 mega pix. I upgraded to a Canon Rebel EOS 6 mega pix camera and purchased a AF 300mm zoom lens. What a difference! Each new picture is about 4-6 Megs in size and the quality is great! At last count I have over 3,600 photos to upload and posted on this server not all have been posted as of yet.
Sincerely,
Whitedog

This truck is a 1980 International Scout II, let me tell you they don't build them like this anymore! This truck did it all and more. Nothing compares to a piece of equipment that you can depend on. Sure, it look rough to say the least. But what balls this truck had. If I ever find another one I am going to get it. I named her shadow chaser.
